Scope: Mix for preparation of special grain types of bakery products with carrots.

Method of application: The mix is applied in dry form with all prescription components. To obtain a softer structure of grain components, it is recommended to fill the mixture with warm water 1: 1 and let it soak for 40-60 minutes.

Ingredients: Dried carrots, sesame seeds, cereal flakes, flax seeds, sunflower seeds.

Properties: The mix allows to obtain products with high nutritional properties, attractive appearance, pleasant taste and aroma, capable of maintaining freshness for a long time.

Dosage: 10-25% of the total mass of flour.

Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins - 15.9 g;

Fats - 30.3 g;

Carbohydrates - 36.3 g.
