The blend contains a blend of malts to give the products its original taste and aroma, as well as a natural caramel dye made from natural raw materials to darken the crumb. Finished products are rich in color even with low dosage and extended shelf life due to the enzymes contained in the malt.

Application method

The mixture is added in the dry state together with other prescription components when kneading the dough.
