Description

A dry blend for the preparation of the original chocolate-rum filling, has a pleasant aroma and color of chocolate with a slight hint of rum.

Perfect for rolls, pies, biscuits, puffs and other types of confectionery.

The finished filler, in addition to baking, can be used raw, resistant to freezing and thawing.

Ingredients:

sugar, glucose, cocoa with a reduced fat content of 14%, a thickener (modified starch, alginate (E401)), whey, chocolate powder, 1% (cocoa powder, milk powder, sugar, non-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), acidity regulator (E450 pyrophosphate), flavor.

 Traces of gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame and SO2 are allowed.

Cooking technology:

Mix the dry mixture with water in accordance with the recipe and beat for 1 minute. The filling is ready for further use.
