A mix for the rapid preparation of profiteroles, shu or pastry.

The baked goods have a good lift, a large volume of voids inside and a long shelf life.

Thanks to the application of the mix we always get a fixed quality of the same organoleptic characteristics as those prepared by classical technology, and the cooking time of the semi-finished products is significantly reduced, as the process of brewing the dough is eliminated.
