Description

Dry yeast with high content of organic acids.

This product is quite easy to use, is introduced at the stage of mixing together with all the dry prescription components.

The finished products have a distinct milky taste and aroma, fragrant crispy crust, as well as extended shelf life.

Use 1-3% by weight of flour.
