Scope of application:

For the production of various bakery and snack types of products with original taste and aromatic properties.

How to use:

The mixture is applied in dry form with other components according to the recipe.

 

Warehouse:

Wheat flour, fermented rye malt, wheat gluten, dried ground paprika, dried onion, caramel dye E-150, spice mixture "Provencal herbs", ascorbic acid E-300, enzymes.

Properties:

The use of the mixture makes it possible to obtain products with an interesting taste and aroma, and the finished products also have a beautiful color due to the content of malt and paprika.

 

Dosage:

8-10% by weight of flour.

Terms and conditions of storage:

Store in a dry, ventilated room at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.

The shelf life of the dry mixture is no more than 12 months from the date of manufacture.
