Scope of application:

For the production of bakery and snack types of products with original taste and increased nutritional value.

 

How to use:

The mixture is applied in dry form with other components according to the recipe

Warehouse:

Rye flour, fermented rye malt, unfermented rye malt, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, corn grit, wheat gluten, antioxidant ascorbic acid E-300, dye E-150, enzymes.

Properties:

The mixture gives the finished products a bright taste and aroma, as well as increases their nutritional value due to the addition of various types of cereals. The use of the mixture makes it possible to have a wide range of products with an original taste, improve the rheological properties of the dough and increase the yield of products.

Dosage:

10-20% of the total weight of flour.

Organoleptic and f/c indicators:

Appearance: powdery mass with inclusions of various types of seeds.

Color: brown, uniform, with seed inclusions.

Aroma: malty, characteristic of this type of product.

Terms and conditions of storage:

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.

The shelf life of the dry mixture is no more than 12 months from the date of manufacture.
