The use of the mixture makes it possible to have a wide range of products with an original taste, improve the rheological properties of the dough and increase the yield of products. |

10-20% of the total weight of flour.

Organoleptic and f/c indicators: |

Terms and conditions of storage: |
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. The shelf life of the dry mixture is no more than 12 months from the date of manufacture. |
