Scope of application:

Confectionery mix for the production of muffins, muffins, cookies and pies.

 

How to use:

The mixture is applied in dry form with other dry recipe components when kneading the dough.

 

Warehouse:

Wheat flour; ground sugar; corn starch; modified starch E-1414; baking powders: sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate; emulsifier E-471; dye E-150; flavors "coffee" and "milk".

 

Properties:

It allows you to produce a wide range of flour confectionery products with the taste and aroma of coffee, with a soft and delicate structure, as well as with a long shelf life.

 

Dosage:

10 – 15% per 1 kg of semi-finished product.

Organoleptic and f/c indicators:

Appearance: homogeneous powdery mass.

Color: white, may have a cream shade

Aroma: pronounced coffee.

Mass fraction of moisture, %: not more than 20.

 

Terms and conditions of storage:

Store in a dry, ventilated room at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.

The shelf life of the dry mixture is no more than 12 months from the date of manufacture.
