How to use:

The mixture is applied in dry form with other components according to the recipe

Warehouse:

Wheat flour, crystalline sugar, skimmed milk powder, corn starch, extra salt, gluten, emulsifier E-472e, emulsifier E-481, stabilizer E-412, antioxidant ascorbic acid E-300, vanillin, turmeric, enzymes.

Properties:

The use of the mixture makes it possible to obtain high-quality finished products that are stable after preparation and have a long shelf life. The use of this component also stabilizes the semi-finished product, thereby improving machining and accelerating the final proofing of products.

Dosage:

10-15% of the total weight of flour.

The shelf life of the dry mixture is no more than 12 months from the date of manufacture.
