Scope of application:

For the production of toast breads and buns for hamburgers and hot dogs.

 

How to use:

The mixture is applied in dry form with other components according to the recipe.

Warehouse:

Wheat flour, soybean flour, gluten, emulsifier E-481, emulsifier E-472e, enzymes.

Properties:

The use of the improver makes it possible to obtain products with a characteristic uniform fine-pored structure and a thin golden crust. Also, the finished products have a well-bleached crumb and an extended shelf life.

Dosage:

1-4 % of the total weight of flour.

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.

The shelf life of the dry mixture is no more than 12 months from the date of manufacture.
