Description

The mix for the preparation of classic custard in a cold way, has a gentle milky aroma and a slight yellowish color.

It is suitable for filling of croissants, profiteroles, eclairs, donuts, puffs and other types of bakery and confectionery.

Ready-made custard, in addition to baking, can be used raw, resistant to freezing and thawing.
